Just play basically, you'll get better the more you play, it'll be a long while before your MLG Pro standard but just keep playing.

I would recommend Lone Wolves, you don't have to rely on anyone else but yourself and it's farely quick pased. Doesn't really help you for team games though just helps your survivability.
