I figured out how to animate sprites on CS3. It was a pain, until I found Windows > Animation.
My first ever try at an animation... So you should expect it to be simple.

Acursed boss! If you want it to be like the game then its moving too fast. the girl pauses in the middle perhaps you accidently duplicated a layer or two. But don't always follow the sheet step by step if it makes it look odd then tweak it a little bit.

Yeah, it looks better when I slow it down... There are no duplicate layers, I just changed the speed to where she moves, because otherwise it looks like she moved stiffly; I think this way, it's more smooth.
And about not following the sprite sheet step by step: that's probably why it looks weird in the first place. But I don't know, I'm still new to all of this.
Any more comments/suggestions/help?

I didn't make this thread to be shown off by someone who has obviously been animating longer than me, which could obviously be any body unless they started animating any time after today.
And besides the speed, what's so different, anyway?
@TestVirus101: it's some boss in a Final Fantasy game for the Nintendo DS.
@tbug2007: I think it's a dragon, actually? I wouldn't know.
And also, a new one. I didn't half **** it like the Naruto one, but... Something gravely tells me I wasn't supposed to make him move, or at least I've done something wrong...
Also, if you're seeing random circles or whatever... I don't know what those are D:
