Tigrex - ***** Urget Quest...Need Help

Right i keep trying to do the ***** tigrex urgent quest but i just cant seem to kill the little bugger !!! My armour is as folowed... Centaur plate, Centaur helmet, Centaur leggings and congolala gloves.I have upgraded nearly all of it with armour stones. I use a blango decinator which is quiet powerful but still cant take it down..Could anyone plz plz plz give me tips coz im like really stuck and i've been trying for months. Thanks

well do u hav devil slicer or great thundersword? Tigrew weakness is Thunder...But if u r using a bow then use sonic bow 1 or 2...Bring some flash bombs and lots of mega poition if u r too worry bout ur health bar...Try 2 cut da tail first as it can whip u when evrytime he spins...Try 2 bring some shock traps too if u r not sure tht u can kill him...Try 2 break its claw and head(dunno) if possible

Lol cheers.I have the dragonwood longsword but that doesnt seem to paralyse it much.Thats why i changed to blango decinator but that doesnt have much effect either !! I have sonic bow 1 so i guess i could try that out.

Dragonwood Sword is diffrnt wit Great Thundersword/Devil Slicer...Paralysis is not da same wit Thunder Attribute...Well if u intend 2 use sonic bow, then dn't evr try 2 shoot tigrex when he's in rage mode bcoz u will find it will be harder 2 evade when using a bow so jst wait until he cool off...Jst be patient when fighting tigrex especially when u r using a bow...

And I first beat it wit bladed edge, but what i learned recently. dont pick a crap weapon with the attb that the monster is weak to.
Like when you fight Rajang, Dont use frost edge in stead of akantor longsword.

Well...First of all just because the Blango Decimator may be tough where your at doesn't mean it can beat Tigrex. Ice is the worst thing to use against him, you need to use thunder. I beat him on like my third try using the Eager Cleaver and full cenetaur. Fight him several times to discover his moves and don't get discouraged when he beats you a few times. You'll get the hang of it.

I Finaly killed it. I used the blango decinator ( which is pretty weak against tigrex ) BUT i killed it.I also made the tigrex tooth weapon and killed another 3 tigrexes!! That allowed me to get full tigrex armor and then i was able to kill the chameleos and the kirin oohh and the lunastra Thanks to evry1 whogave me hints !!! CHEEERRSS!!!

Nice, but i would ditch the tigrex tooth asap. Try to get a katana wit good raw damage (like tigrex) but with better affinity. But if its working for you thats fine too. Still nice, Nice Job killing it with ice.

The tigrex is always hard the first time, then its easy, untill you get to H.R. 6. now all you need to do is get the village shen gao ren.

Ohh i heard of the shen gao ren.Isnt it a huge crab like thing with long legs?? My mate has mhf2 and i think it was called a shen gao ren

Yes it is a giant crab, unlock it by killing two of every wyvenr except akantor, fatalis, shen gao ren, lao shan lung, elder dragons and ya.

Well that's if you fight the elder Gao Ren. You could unlock the urgent in the gathering hall.

Its not really that hard when you get the hang of it.

To me its the easiest repell type quest. But thats just me, just hit the legs and you'll be fine

ok i think i might need to get some better armour and weapons coz all i have is a mixture of tigrex, kirin and gravios armour and tigrex tooth

U should get full Blango when fighting gaoren. Its not hard. Get Smolder Dragonsword n elder dragons r urs 2 kill.
