How can I increase the stats of a L100 pokemon?

How can I EV train a L100 Pokemon?

i dont understand what evs are but i know someone that does

if you COULD EV train a level 100 pokemon (i've never done this before so i wouldn't know if you can or not) then it'd be the exact same way you'd do it as you're a low level... fight pokes, eat drugs, etc

Here are the best places to EV Train in FireRed/LeafGreen. Please note that other Pok�mon may pop up in these areas. If they are not listed, run away from them so you don't get EVs in the wrong stat - it shouldn't happen too often.

HP - Wooper (FR), Marill (LG) - Ruin Valley Water - Wooper gives 1 EV while Marill gives 2 EVs.

Attack - Paras - Mt. Moon B1F - Paras gives you 1 EV in Attack.

Defense - Tangela - Route 21 - Nothing else pops up here and Tangela gives you 1 EV in Defense.

Sp Atk - Gastly, Haunter - Pok�mon Tower - Gastly gives 1 EV, Haunter gives 2 EVs in Special Attack.

Sp Def - Tentacool, Tentacruel - Kindle Road Water - Tentacool gives 1 EV, Tentacruel gives you 2 EVs in Special Defense.

Speed - Diglett, Dugtrio - Diglett's Cave - Nothing but these babies in here. 1 EV and 2 EVs in Speed, respectively.

ALWAYS KEEP TRACK OF YOUR EV TRAINING. That is so important, I can't stress it enough.

Fight nothing, but the desired Pokemon for the wanted EV's and aways keep track on how you EV train it. If you don't you will forget what you did.

Say you fight 4 Geodude each you beat is worth 1 EV defense point. That means you gained 4 EV's on defense. The max each Pokemon stat can reach is 255. The max EV points you have to spread around your Pokemon's stats is 510. If you give your Pokemon 252 Attack EV's, and 252 Speed EV's. 255+255=510. You will have no more EV's to spread around your Pokemon's stats so think carfully, and KEEP TRACK.

And if you can make it how could he get it from you?

SS5's gona change codings on the game; he'll tell shot the codes to put in the game in order to alter the data to 'give birth' to the customized mew

... and shot, i srsli suggest you just bring it along everywhere and feeding it drugs or something...

I gave you some better moves, I also gave you EV settings for you. There maybe a lot of codes, but I will assure you this is the best Mew you will ever have ingame, it has both very powerful moves and all the EV settings that you could not possibly do in the game. Unless you REALLY keep track, but that would be annoying.

DON'T MESS UP ONE DIGIT. If you make one mistake typing this in then you will get a bad egg. If you type it in right your Mew will be in the 14th Box in spot 30 make sure you don't have any Pokemon there, or they will be overwritten.

Make your own game section for this. Don't have it with other (M)-Master codes or other game codes. Make a topic call it THE RED POKEMON or something whatever you want. If you ever want future Pokemon, then you won't have to type all the codes I shown you. The (M),Anti DMA,Trainer OT/ID, Pokemon ID, don't change when you want a new Pokemon so you only have to do it this one time, and do less typing with another Pokemon.
