I think you have to beat all the rep missions for one group to get into a clubhouse. Like, beat all the streetie missions and get to the streetie clubhouse.

ok you have to collect all the trash stuff on the side of the street and the other places in the first 100 days, and don't sell them you have to have 100

You have to get to level 10 in your rep group, then the king of your group gives you the key. (I have trouble getting into the Richie clubhouse even with the key in my pocket, for some reason.)
The spell champ Xizzle is only given to Nerdies who are at level 8.
It's not worth much money, and by the time Glasstown is open, you probably have plenty.
