Hi everyone,
Ive been trying to find a Gastly forever, with Hypnosis so i can use it with Dream eater, but every one i catch, doesnt have it. I started to breed one, getting it at lvl 1, and still no go. Any one have any thoughts on how to get a Gastly with Hypnosis?

You realize Gastly can relearn Hypnosis with a Heart Scale in Pastoria City, right? Just get your gastly with Dream Eater, and go to Pastoria City. Talk to the Move Tutor in the middle of Town, and have him reteach Gastly Hypnosis. its simple as that.
