today i was in deh back o beyond and i saw something move, it was a man! in a orange jail suit thingy. why was he there? there was no road near!

It is said that in that place strange things happen, but its not true. Probably someone in a orange suit, was driving a car, crashed and got off the car. And you saw that, nothing special.

1. strange glitch from using to many cheats

3. Could of been one of the characters from gta 3, from the start of the game... but i doubt it

the back o beyond is the place in the country that also has ghost cars. and fish man it could actually b the gta 3 idea cuz they do like referanceing their past games or it could b a weird orange blob thats a person who got gliched

ghost cars are a parked car that spawn on top of a hill and roll down it making it look like no ones driving

There's really no one driving on that ghost car and it just crashes when you go to the horseshoe-like place on the back o' beyond.
