You would need:
A version of gimp (http://gimp.org) or photoshop (http://adobe.com)
A basic knowledge and know of use for the program
Some sigs
Some experience.
I wouldn't go for a shop until you have some experience though,; it's a bigger thing than you think.

Can you upload thah C4D you used for that mario. luigi tag, and the one for the Ferrari?

2 sigs and an avatar. Straight up.
I'm no expert at GIMP, but I'm not a noob either. Just explain what a C4D is to me please.

C4D (Cinema 4-Dimensional) is an abstract render used as effects for a sig. Can be found at planetrenders.com
There are 3 types I know of: wireframe, abstract, and effect. Effect is the most used here on Supercheats.

Phil, you should also look for chaoscopes and fractals.
They work good for auras around hands and things like that.

Yeah, choose the chaotic ones with black backgrounds and use them like a normal C4D, but for auras. And don't just use them for random places in tags, but places where auras would be.
