SoTW entry. :P

Current. Kirby.

CCnr plez! I think it's OK... not my best, not my worst.

It feels empty on the right side.
The lack of a border makes it seem... Unfinished.
The C4Ds are well done, but the idea is a little corny, no offense.
It looks like Kirby is spitting fire rather than sucking up air.
The C4D below the sprite is just a bad pick, it doesn't suit the rest of the tag well, and it draws away from the sprite.
The text is slightly distracting, and could've been placed better.
Lighting is a bit meh, and extremely circular.
It seems to lack depth...

Overall, I'd have to give it an 8.5/10.

Yeah. Like I said, I didn't care too much for it either. Most of it was just experimentation, then I remembered the theme was sprites, so I submittd it.

Best entry so far, as far as I'm concerned. I like the concept, but the signature itself is a little odd. Kirby hardly looks like the focal, there's not much drawing my attention to it, more to what he's sucking up. Otherwise, it's nice.

It's very nice, so you really should make Kirby stand out more.

I agree with Vasco.
The first time I looked at it, I had to really look to see Kirby there.

Still great anyways.

Don't give up already, yours is very good an original, so it will a hard decision, at least for me.

I think if the sprite was bigger then it would look really cool. Just took me a bit to see what the focal was.

I was bashed for not making my focal point distinguishable and that apparently lowered the quality of my sig, so I'll say the same to you.

I had NO idea what it was at first until I read that it was Kirby. I'm not sure where the lighting source is, and the effects appear to contradict flow. Make the shadows stand out by using the brun tool, and depth could be better. It's empty on the right; perhaps you could spread the effects out some more.

8.5/10 is very generous, but it's also not horrible. It just looks unfinished.

I agree, it looks rather unfinished and it did take me a little while to find the focal(Kirby) as everything is just brightly pink and the sprite is so small, then again, if it was bigger, I might've been able to find the sprite without a problem. I still like it though.

Well, small sprite sheets mean small sprites, and quality stinks unless I double the size.

I was experimenting, so ok.
