Well, I completed all missions except for the things like the trucking mission, vigilante, etc.. For somereason I can't figure out how to get another girlfriend. I accidentally killed the first one, is that why. please help

No its not cause you killed the first one because i did the same thing my first time playing the game. Just find other girlfriends like the 1 in the driving school in san fierro

the girlfriends dont count against you 100% 1 also killed the first time beating the game she ran and I got scared so I killed her.
