Colors and emblems? I have no idea what you should add; those are there for your own customization and to make your character that much more connected to you! As for the choice between Spartan or Elite, I would choose Spartan, because it appears as if Elites can be shot in the head easier.

I use the symbol "Spearhead" with gold and white. My colors are brown and sage (only because those were my colors from Halo 1).

um... I think that it is called "Valkerie". Another popular emblem is the "Runes" or the "Brute".

worrying about colours and emblems at lvl 20 is kinda pointless, plus you'll often find if you want to join a clan you'll have to change something, for example i had, white and red colours with white flag and red runes. now i had to change to flaming ninja to join a clan.

that sounds cool, it just depends you know?
if you know the overlords or are one in a clan then you would decide on the colours etc. but if you're after joining a clan an want to keep your colours and emblem, you may be limited as to which clan will have you

Im a elite and my colors are White my secondary is Red then ny symbol is a Grenade the colors for that are White then Red.
