It turns out you need to buy a red turnip from Joan, grow it for a while then give it to Wendell then give the turban you get off Wendell to Saharah. Then give the item Saharah gives you to someone else(I think its tortimer) and he will give you a Scallop to give to Pascal.

Look first you buy a red turnip from joan and burry it for a day the dig it up and put on a table so it doesn't spoil(first get in front of a table with nothing on it and drop a tool then drop the turnip and it should go to the ttop of the table but don't worry it's a harmless glitch), the next time u see wendell in town give him the turnip and get the turban (if u don't get it, reset), the when u see sahara give her the turnip and get a massage chair ( if u don't, reset), the the next holiday go talk to tortimer and give the massage chair and he should give u the scallop then give to pascal (and when he asks answer "golden axe")
