i played in the bug-off, and had the first place bug at 3pm, next time i played it was about 7 pm and i dont no if i won or if i was defeated, how do i find out, and if i win when do i get my trophy?

Same thing with me too, well, the mayor always puts who won on the bulletin board the next day.

also, i've got a really good tip BEFORE the bug-off starts:

catch a birdwing or an oak silk moth and keep it in ur room until the bug off, show it to the mayor and u'll almost definatly win. u keep ur bug so sell it or donate it

it will show up on the town bulletin board the next day and you'll get a trophy in the mail. tiger butterfly's are easy to catch and are hard to beat!
