What is a Mega Rustoid, Mega Alloid, and Tall Harmonoid? I've dug all three up and now I'm not sure what they are or what to do with them...

They don't really do anything except for dance when you put them in your house. Every once in a while you'll dig up three in one day. You can sell them for 825 Bells, or you can collect them and the Happy Room Acadamy will give you 825 points towards your score.

They all have a different dance and sound and they sell for different prices at nook's (i sell mine when i dig them because you get quite a lot of bells from them)

they are gyroids. gyroids show up in your town the day after it rains, they sell for i think 888 bells each.
