that most DS games are made from N64 games and well Animal Crossing was indeed a N64 game... in Japan! I recently found this out but most people already know. Just sharing with you what I recently found out.

And I meant that when Nintendo creates something that's popular (i.e. Mario) they use it in everything or re-do it periodically because it was such a success.
