& I hope they've fixed claymores & anything else that can act like a proximity mine (I only scanned the list) to blow up faster so people using Marathon/Lightweight/both don't just run right over the top -,-

Commando in this game is an Assault Rifle not a perk, it's full real name is the Car-15 Commando I think. Second chance isn't that bad, don't be so butthurt. :p

Dont know how long of a time period the time when you can revive is, tough.

does second chance only allow you to revive others in second chance or any of your fallen team mates provided you reach them within a set period? Because that doesn't make sense, unless they use a system from some game I played in the past, where playing as a medic, you could revive a dead team mate, provided you reached them within 5 seconds, and they hadn't respawned. Medics could see a first aid cross (green box, white cross in that game) above their fallen team-mate.
Kind of like how the skull & crossbones appears on a fallen team-mate in MW2.
That's the only way I'd see it as working...
Even if "commando" as we know it from MW2 isn't in the game, they've still got two broken perks in Marathon & Lightweight. By broken, I'm referring to the fact they run right over claymore blasts. Even if the claymore is facing they direction they're running, someone using both M & L can avoid the blast a lot of the time -,- Oddly enough, people have been pushing for Claymores to be fixed in MW2 since Dec 2009 haha

I'm sure it will be just like W@W, but they've already said LightWeight and Marathon have been toned down, they seem to be making good balance in this game, and I guarantee Commando is not a perk it's confirmed to be an Assault Rifle...
The only reason they didn't have good balance in W@W is new engine after a year of designing on top of working on multiple other large games, they didn't patch most of it because they've been working on only Black Ops for two straight years so they've had plenty of time to make new features and polish the game in general. As a matter of fact they don't have Campaign done yet, they don't even know how it ends yet, they've been working on MP since day 1.

He's a tutor of sorts for when you're the playable Russian. He's voiced by Gary Oldman (Sirius black from Harry Potter/some guy in Book of Eli movies)
