For me, I would have to say the UAV/Spy Plane or the spawning.
Spy Planes are little behind on the mini map, and people randomly spawn right next to me

I've only plaid one game, but the friggin HORRIBLE audio online.
I have Turtle Beach X31's and even with those on at full effect it sounds like I'm listening to a slightly lagged version of the sound, and what I actually hear is just altogether horrible quality. The level of depth MW2 was at was a 10, this is like a 6. It will take a lot of getting used to...

The Spawning system is Combat Training is just pathetic.
one of the AI bots got an SR71 Blackbird. Which is a better version of the UAV
UAV = small red dots shown up as blips every couple of seconds.
Blackbird = enemies show as red triangles the ENTIRE duration the Blackbirds in the air.
So anyway, playing on Jungle right, sniping, getting used to the map, team mate gets the SR71 - Enemies start spawning right next to me.
Team mates head over, the enemies keeps spawning right there, it didn't shift at all -,- I've had several games where the enemy spawns right on top of me and it doesn't shift for ages.
MW2s spawn was cracked, but this so far is worse.
