So what's your strategy?

I usually do laps around the map while picking off all the enemies I see.
Works wonders on nuketown.

On larger maps I tend to go to the usual choke points and rush.

Used to charge around the place, but have lately taken on a sneakier approach to things.

Same as Chika, gets a bit hard to rush when someone is sitting there with a Silenced FAMAS...

I don't rush in this at all. Online Pubs, I barely get a good enough connection, so I slowly work my way to an easily defendable choke point, take a few down, and move to a spot that watches over where I was to take down people coming to get me.

I'm always careful to monitor where my team mates. If I'm not playing with friends, I usually split off from where the main group go & go my own way. If I'm playing with a friend or two, we usually stick together & watch each others backs. Usually with a person with an SMG/Shotgun. One with an AR and one with an LMG.

I used to love rushing. I think myself pretty awesome at it on MW2, but BO it's a bit more difficult, and without good connections, it's suicide, nothing more.

I mainly play FFA so I try to hold down a section of the map (Usually a High Traffic Corner) and just pick off those those who come near.

Nuketown however; get upstairs, laydown, aim, shoot.

I get up stairs, lie down & fce the two entrances to survive. Hardcore aim bot, inch perfect grenaders are unfun >.>

Although several times I get into the room, I've not been seen & I die by a semtex from the bloody bots ;_;

Get a better router/Internet provider, so you can play against real people instead of bots.

There is no better ISP here. It's due to the lines in my area. I'm stuck with ADSL lines because my area hasn't been upgraded to ADSL2+ lines yet. Which are a lot faster.

Plus, New Zealand players almost never get solid connections unless we play at stupid times. Like 2 am ;_; If there's a single American, even one with a **** poor ISP - they'll get host & I'll suffer. It's happened to me several times with a friend from New York lol

Lol, get a satelite Internet. Tough it'll cost a bit more.

It's like two to three times more expensive here I think lol I can barely afford to keep my current plan.

It's only bad for online gaming on my PS3. It's awesome for streaming tv & movies etc.

Well if everything else works fine, maybe it's your ps3 that's the problem?

lol It's not. My PS3 works fine at my mates places. They have better lines than I do. Its only in my suburb that I have problems with it ;_;

Have you used my guides for maximum PS3 connection?

I can't. The ISP for some reason can't register my connection with an email & password to allow me to change the settings. They can't do it either. Something in their systems not letting them haha. There's a small number of customers that have the problem. They've been trying for a while to fix it apparently.
