I have to say it's a tie between the AK-74u (Rapid Fire and Grip, Rapid Fire and Suppressor, Reflex Sight, Grip and Reflex Sight, Grip), the Commando (Masterkey Shotgun) and the G11 (Low-Power Scope).

Galil I haven't used at all this prestige, but I used to use it excessively, with a supressor.
Famas is my main gun, with dot sight, blue small crosshairs
74u for Firing Range and Nuketown, with rapid fire.

FAMAS w/ Supressor - its my baby 
I'll swith to the AK47u w/ Rapid fire for Nuketown and sometime the AK47 in any other map but the FAMAS is my main tool of raping.

I'm disappointed by how many AK-74u's and FAMAS people use. It's all almost everyone use's. Use something different! Anyway, lets see:
AUG - Reflex sight
AK 47 - Silencer
L96A1 - Extended Mags
Stoner63 - nothing

I only use the FAMAS w/ Silencer in S&D. Then use the AK47 w/ Extended Mags.

I use the FAMAS when I havent got any of the guns I normally use, mainly because I can rape the FAMAS users with those 4 guns, but without them they will kill me in 3 bullets. I'm glad some weapons are unbalanced. Otherwise I'd be all bored.
