Hi all, I'm at 90% game completion, I have all ultimate moves and breakthroughs except Raditz and Android #18, every time I go to the skill shop Super Dragon Fist is being sold when (according to some FAQs I should see Raditz breakthrough), I have tried to buy the ultimate, and next item sold is Justice Pose... I hope I don't have to go through all ultimates and breakthroughs till Raditz's one :(
Does anyone know a solution for this?
By the way, I got Saibamen breakthrough before getting the Saibamen character capsule, so I think it is a damn bug :(

The Saibamen thing is weird but hey now you when you fight, you've got his moves arleady. As for the breakthroughs, hmmmm I really don't know what to tell you. Best you can do is go back to fighting and hope it pops up.

Do you have all the charicters? There is 39 But you don't need cell Jr. or sibamen.
PS. The box for the game says 40 people to play but you can only get 39... strange.

You can only get 38 characters, Vegito and Kibitoshin are characters #39 and #40.

Have you got ALL the characters?, if not then you need all the characters to get ALL the ultimates, breakthroughs, etc.

That Saibaman thing is strange. Most probably a bug, you're right.
My advice is to try going through the ultimates and breakthroughs again. That sucks because it means you can't even get the memories of either now.

i havent played for a long time but yea every character gets their skills after you get them, as everyone else said... must be a bug.

I have both,....but I really like Budokai 3 better. Supposedly, B4 is in the works for PS3
