I have a question also.How do you get SS4 Vegeta without buying it?
Why do you say these things when you know I will kill you for them.

Note: Broly can be fought by Vegeta on a second play through of Vegeta's DU
mode. Head to the island covered in snow before fusing with Goku to battle
Super Buu, and you will have an automatic dialogue with Kabitoshin about Broly.
After the dialogue, battle Buu as normal, and you will eventually face Broly.
Using Vegeta will not unlock Brolly, but it is necessary to fight him for some
of Vegeta's rare capsules.(Including SSJ4 Vegeta)
SSJ4 Vegeta/SSJ4 Gogeta(Vegeta)
To find the capsule for SSJ4 Vegeta,you must be playing in Vegeta's DU mode a second and upward number of times. You must fufill the requirments to fight Broly (Instructions on how to find Broly listed above.)but after leaving Buu's body do not go right to the Broly fight. Instead go to the bottom right hand islands and when you fly over the right one the screen will go black and you'll automatically land (like on other DU's) and Vegeta will complain about Goku giving out orders. Now fight and defeat Broly,and after the fight ignore the red dot and look for an event called plains near Baba's palace. Here you will find Bulma. Head to West City to activate an event there and you will get SSJ4 Vegeta. Now head to the islands where the red dot is located and battle SSJ4 Goku. When you defeat him you will get the SSJ4 Gogeta capsule. This worked for me hopefully for you too.

His Breakthrough is an alternative,....but doesn't really come in handy when customizing your character.
