1st: That is spam cause it isn't longer than three words. However, just learn from this, since you just joined today.
2nd: Bulla is the second child of Bulma and Vegeta that was a main part of DBGT. She is also an item you can get to that Bulla is in Ultimate Training instead of Vegeta and Bulma. Just do all the basic training missions in ultimate training to get it, then press circle on the ultimate training main menu to change them.

She didn't really do a great deal in GT. Didn't she also appear as a young girl at the end of DBZ?

No. I don't think so. I believe she didn't come around til GT. After Buu, didn't it go to GT, anyway. Excluding movies, that is.

No, after buu there was two-three more eps, it showed Bulla in two or three of them, mainly rooting for pan in her match.
