Help on fighting technique/ and list of (orange) Z items Help!!!

I already beat the game but still i can't figure out how to use the instant transmission attack(not the evasive manure but) the one were you teleport right after you smash a character. I can Only do it once. but i see the COM do it up to three times in a row. What buttons do you have to press or what do you need (Z items? etc) to be able to do it more than once?

and can anyone post a list of the Z items and their uses (just the onrange ones thanks!)

(extra not very impotant but) can anyone post the list of Zitems Porunda and Shenron grant as wishes. PLease make it to lists one for each dragon extra thanks.!!
