when i try to fuse the z items it tells me that i aint got the item # or something like that?

Its a simple problem to fix, there are things called 'Item Fusions' that basically just allow you to fuse the other items, for example if u want to fuse 2 items together u need 1 item fusion as well. They can just be bought from the shop.

ok i was wacthing movies on youtube about this game and you nkow how in the shows they are in front of them then behind them I know how to do that but they did that big power slam thing and then appeared right in front of the dude hitting them....it isnt gokus move. please help me i dont know what to do.

Its a dodgey thing and is easier to do with some characters than others and is kinda hard to explain but I will have a go. U know when u are attacking and u press triangle it sometimes will do the thing where they stick the arm out and ur opponent is blasted backwards, then press triangle immediately after and it should teleport in front of them and knock them down.
I think it also works if u press triangle and down to 'trip' them followed by triangle twice more.
