k on the abck fo the case if u look ni the fight scenes the characetrs healthbars have additonal bars...how do i get those?i jsut have the 1 bar thats goes gree,yellow,red,dead how do i unlock more health bars?

I think that's only for the villains, or the people you are facing. I don't think you can get it.

na, the only villans that can get are; Cell, majin buu(all),and frieza.im not sure if piccolo can.
