Lu Bu has no title because he vanished, the battles that guan yu and zhang fei faught were long after he had vanished and that is why their titles remained. Let us remember that it was WU, not SHU or LU BU that survived the era the longest.

Read in the history parts, at the very end it will tell you that first Shu was destroyed, then Wei, finally Wu. Wu was the last kingdom to survive the chaos.

Shu was only destroyed first because they were poor and out of resources but I think that Shu could have outlasted them all if they had more money and resources
