i read some where and it said that at the battle of xiz pi he ate his own eye when it was shot by cao xing and then xiahou dun got a spear and jabbed it in cao xings skull and split it in half!

Yeah, he got shot in the eye with an arrow, then yanked it out. He ate it too, it's somethine to do with chinese myths how the eyes are the windows to the soul and he never wanted anyone looking in his soul. That or he was really hungry.

but i also heard that xiahou dun's eye could of been eaten by his brother(or cousin)xiahou yuan when it was shot.

Nah, it was Xiahou Dun who did the eating. He's meant to have said something like, "No! This is to valuable to lose!" just before doing so.
