I recall that you gain the sentinus through donating 45,000. I don't know how much you exactly need to donate for youth though.
EDIT: You can acheive blondehood by being good before you turn the age of 35 - 40, where your white hair and wrinkles pop up out of no where.

Yes you can. Okay listen to me (this really works!). BUY NO LEVEL UPS THROUGHOUT THE GAME!!! Once you reach fully good your hair should be blonde and you are still 18! I did it and he looks awesome. I know what you are thinking though, how can I get that far without leveling up, right? Well wrong! I did it perfectly easy be being an archer, buy better bows and equip a silver augment sharpening and piercing on it. I call it my Ultimate Master bow. It kill undead in a sinch, and bandits easily, and even minions. Once you are blonde you can level up.
