I can't beat that thing..any tips?

go close to it and when it uses its earthquake thing roll out of its way and then keep hacking away at it.

Or an easier way to do it without wasting experience points is to use the infininte silver keys glitch and get 20 of them then go to the chest in the Heroes Guild and open it and you will recieve A large legendary hammer which does 270 damage and has the piercing augmentation and the experience augmentation and that also kills a Rock Troll with 3 well- placed hits.

or if u want to have a litte fun, you could play a little baseball with the troll, all you have to do it cast slowtime and hit the rocks it throws at you right back at it.

do you need a certain weapon like a hammer or mace?

um... that would be kwl, but as blood said, what kinda weapon do u need,

A good weapon like skorm's bow

the rock trolls are easy if ya cant beat it you can b very good spend a few mor experience points m8 increase ya stats
