Why is it that I can't get my youth back? I tried being evil and paying 48,000 gold still doesn't work... Anyone know what the problem is?

You can only do it once unless you are in the middle of a quest and hero save after you do it and reload that game save.

Yup, and if you are evil and sacrifice, it takes longer to get, and it is the same with donating, if you are good and donate it takes more gold.

The guy behind the Alter on the left will be the one who says it. You can also just check your Hero stats and see if your age has changed.
