I was just playing the game, and I took out my Cutlass Bluetane, and activated Multi Strike. Then I changed my mind, and I equipped Sword of Aeons. When I withdrew it, the aura around my Sword of Aeons was like the Bluetane's, and it was some sort of red lightning. Then I took out my Harbinger, the same effect was on it. After that, I took out my Dollmaster Mace. Same effect. Ronok the Axe, same effect. Basically every weapon except the Stick had the same red lightning effect. Also, the blade maintains this state until an enemy is hit with it, and when I regularly cast Multi Strike on any of the above mentioned blades (without using Bluetane first), they don't have the same red-lightning effect. Is this a glitch or part of the game?

It is a glitch. Ask this in the questions part though.
