Ok, I REALLY dont want to know why you want to be gay, but in oakvale and especially the Guild a few of the men will fall in love with you if you are famous or are flirting them.

Nope, you can marry blokes too. My mate has two female wives (Lady Grey) and a very accomodating female in Bowerstone South who keeps giving gifts and, yes, they 'did the deed'. The "husband" / "male wife" (whatever!!) is a bloke in Oakvale. He walks around with the wedding ring above his head just like the other two. My mate hasn't attempted sex with this one (yet!). In statistics it lists my mates sexuality as BISEXUAL. So, I guess you can be heterosexual, homosexual or bisexual in Fable. I wish the designers and programmers had been as 'PC' with the Thunder character as they have been with the sexuality of the Hero.
