I am at the gns or whatever it's called, and I've defeated the super behemoth. When I go to talk with 3 dogs or whatever his name is, the doors to the radio station are locked and need a key. What do I do?

Try talking on the intercom, and if that doesn't work there should be a pile of rubble on the right side of the building. Climb up the rubble to the balcony, and you should see a side door. You need 100 lockpick skill to unlock it though.

Yeah, to the right of the door is an intercom. You need to talk to that for the door to unlock. It took me a little while to figure that out too, it was a pretty dumb idea.
