What are your favorite perks?
I like the bloody mess perk because who doesn't love exploding heads? (other then politicians) The cannibal perk is cool too since you get to eat people.

Probably the Strong Back perk, very useful, especially for an evil character that can just steal everything. :p

I enjoy Mister Sandman the most, considering that one of my characters is maxed Sneak, and has the Stealth Suit.

fave perk probably Cyborg perk because it gives 3 10 point bonuses. least favourite perk must be the Here and Now perk because its a waste of a perk when your level is capped at 20.

As overpowerful as the Cyborg perk is, you have to have a high Medicine and Science skill, and I don't usually take medicine.

Same here i do not bother with medicine since stimpacks are easy to obtain in large numbers so its usefulness is limited imo.

Medicine is useful since it can save your stimpaks instead of having to use about 7 you could use just 4 or something

Anime Freak, those are some really bad perks you have there. You're basically wasting your time on any perk that raises skill points (Other than Cyborg, of course), Lawbringer is basically worthless due to how cheap the fingers sell for, and later in the game, money isn't a problem anyways. Also, later in the game, Gunslinger is pretty worthless. You'll only really be using it for the Dart Gun at that point. Commando, Sniper, and Wired Reflexes are the best skills for increasing VATS accuracy.

It really doesn't matter how bad they are. By level twenty, you can basically kill every enemy barehanded. I went down the list and randomly chose perks my first time through.

I wouldve gotten the solar power perk but at level 20 i wanted the explorer perk so alas i could not. I did get the night time equivalent which is ok i guess.

The Night Person perk? That perk stinks. Whenever it gets dark, I just wait until morning anyways.

For some reason i got the strong back perk but it barely helped. Probably because i had like one more weight till i was over-encumbered.

The Reaper(name?) perk is great. You can kill one enemy in V.A.T.S. easy by level 20 so you don't have to wait for V.A.T.S. to refill to kill the others.

It truly is amazing. If you decide to ignore the medicine skill, then the Lead Belly perk is great since it takes away 50% of the radiation you would get from drinking from irradiated water sources.
Meh.
