Ok, I know how to use them, but what's the criteria for doing so? Sometimes, when I try to heal my party, it says "Nothing happens". Why is that?

Is it my team's jobs? I have currently a Warrior, Freelancer, Red Mage, and Black Mage. None of them have any status abnormalties, and none of them have job sickness.

The wellsprings are used to revive charachters if they have lost all their hp, and some will fully restore you parties hp for free.

theres actually 3 types...
1. Removes all status's(beneficial or non-beneficial) from all characters
2. Restores all HP/revives all characters
3. Restores mana to full on all characters
