FF3 Job questions, Help a Newb Thanks Mucho!

Hi,

My monk(Luneth) is base level 12 and job level 11 yet he does anywhere from 20-100 dmg fighting monsters (eg. berserkers or bears) found outside of towns. Is this normal because it seems so little compared to my warrior who does around 300 dmg at job level 9. And I noticed my attack goes up if I use my fists instead of knuckles...weird

the higher the job level the higher u hit, warriors have better melee stats, monks are not made for melee.... nor are mages.

you know, you should make your luneth a warrior, arc a black mage, refia a white mage, and Ingus a Red mage.

lol my party has (keep in mind im on my way to the crystl tower)
luneth:warrior
ingus:dragoon
arc:ninja
refia:sage
b4 dat on the way to this point these r the jobs i had
luneth:warrior
ingus:knight(when available(i frgt wat he was b4 dat)dragoon(when available)
arc:black mage
refia:white mage
if u use these teams u cant go wrong
then u can own evry1
