Hardest Boss

What do you guys think was thy hardest boss in any of the final fantasy games?

Id say Penance from the UK version of FFX, since you had to defeat all the dark aeons, who are also next to impossible to defeat. and he has 12,000,000 hp on his main body

I say the ultimate weapon on FF8.
Due to the leveling up system by the time you get to the thing it is close to invinseble.

And Panace was godly in power too

panance(spelling?) was hard but the ultimate weapon FF8 i whupped it but i have 4 level 100 characters on it(Zell,Rinoa,Squall,and Irvine)but my sister turned on my ps1 and deleted every file on 2 of my memory cards, luckily not the one with ff7 on it but ff8 is awesome and its gone ALL GONE :(

Nemesis from FF-X, I can't even beat him with gameshark... U can fight him for 20000gil

i heard Omega in FFV is next to impossibe to defeat. he dodges almost every attack you use on him

the easiest boss in ff10 is the last one cause you just use zombie strike then a pheonix down and he's beat

And also you have auto-life,and if that omega in ffv is really a challenge,maybe ill get it.

Omega in FFV and FF1&2 for the GBA is the hardest boss to beat believe me, He is emune to every thing and if you do manage to get a hit on him it will only do damage in like the 10s. I had to use a gameshark to beat him

ive seen a video of someone using bards to defeat omega. this will make your jaw drop to the floor. they make it look so easy

EDIT: i heard Gilgamesh in FF 12 takes about 6 hours to defeat. ill have to try that when it comes out

Holy Friking Hell, first 3000, 4000, than 5000! I thought those storys of omega takeing that much damage from one attack were only myths and legends.

that fact that its mainly bards is shocking as well

Well it isnt really shocking,its just called very good stratergy.If one of us puts a video of defeating ruby weapon or emerald.It would also be shocking to other dudes.For example killing ruby weapon with final attack-phoenix,using hades and knights of round or bahamut zero,it would also be shocking cause its stratergy using hades which stops ruby,and then you just attack.And if you have those songs items and all that stuff that dude used,you could do the same thing.All I can say is that the guy that fought like that is a good ff player.

And by the way,my JAW stayed in place cause it really didnt intimidate me.For me to be shocked I need to see someone beat emerald,ruby,nemesis,trema and Paragon-OVERSOULED without stratergy,you know MAKE IT A CHALLENGE,dont make it look easy.

Whats your problem Rocket? maybe if you tried to fight omega youd enjoy the video more, but if you didnt enjoy the video you didnt have to complain about it

Useing Hades on the Ruby was a stratagy? I thought it was called commen sence.

First I wasnt complaining the dude knows how to play.
Second,I think youre right it wasnt stratergy,but who would have thought of using hades on ruby and stoping him.Not even someone drunk would thought of it.

You know what I think that no matter how hard a monster is ruby,emerald,omega.Its still posible to kill it.
Look-

Ruby-hades and then use any other stuff you want.Its sort of planned.Like if square enix made this the only simple way to beat it.Like a weak spot.

Emerald-Maybe this is the reason they made underwater materia and final attack and the rest.

I really dont want to keep going but its the truth.
Oh for me the hardest boss was,well not boss but its from a game thats not FF but its exactly the same,RPG.Its called Lunar 2-Eternal Blue,you might not know which this game is but its kind of hard.This game really represents what STRATERGY really means.

Well, in FF7 you can pritty much cheat the whole game by useing Materia to fix the character HP to stay at 7777. Than have Barret mime his limit break so you stuck in an endless loop of 7777

Yeah,hey Lunar 2 eternal blue is like a good game,and its not even in supercheats.

There is a lot of good games that SC does'nt have
