The Black Mages

Has anyone heard that Nobuo Uematsu formed a rock band called The Black Mages? they play music from the FF series and they're awesome. Nobuo Uematsu is one of the keyboardists in the band. he's the guy who wrote all the FF music from FF I-XI.

I would have to say Dancing Mad and Those Who Fight Further were their best.

They should ply the jingles some time lol
I would realy like to listen to the victory jingle on the guitar

Maybe Im A Lion sound like it was influenced by Deep Purple, especially the solo

it feels a lot like Progressive Rock (my favourite music genre)

Mines more of Rock and Rap But only eminem,D12, Slimshady (all the same person)
And lots of rock.

Rap is cool too but I like rock and heavy metel more.

same here dragoon king, my favourite band is Dream Theater. if you like this sort of thing you should definetly give them a try. (in fact, one of the Black Mages guitarists is using a John Petrucci signature model, so they must be fans too)
