Sorry,the cactuar is an cactus-like monster.It will run away if you fight him.I think theres 2 types of cactuar,one is just like what i'm saying and another one is fierce,bigger and does not run away.

one is on besaid on the beach.
another is on a tall tree in the forest by Kilka.
3. by the oasis.
4. in the calm lands youll find the two cactuars riding chocobos
5. the last one is in the cave in the cactuars nation. you'll have to fight jumbo cactuar.
6. in a treasure chest in the lablaunce manner. in guotto city.
i'll let you know if i remember where the other chactuars are.
