There is nothing that gives you invincibility and you obtain the cat nip accessory in the Bevelle Labyrinth after beating the 2nd boss there.

Theres no invincility, just the accessory called Invincible
OK, so in Chapter 1 and �, theres a guy with a camera in Kilika, talk to him and agree to look through the camera. Talk to him again in Ch. 5 and you can go over to the building and get the accessory.
