i am confused, when they play blitzball, is that water that they float in???? or do they float on some sort of anti gravity air bubble thingie? if it is water, how in the heck do they hold their breath for THAT long?!?!?!?!?!?

The game's name is Final FANTASY. So in a FANTASY game it is up to the game creator to deside what's allowed and what's not. In FFX some people are allowed to hold their breath for a long time. That's the end of it.

you cant go back to bevelle. its impossible to miss the treasure in bevelle cos you have to open for the chest to move out of the way so you can get to the chamber of the faith
