i think the final aeon since it keeps healing itself the yunalesca part is pretty easy if u have a good aeon for the last form

For me,it was Yunalesca,because i didn't have the celestial weapons.The final aeon was the easiest because i had trained a lot to be able to defeat the dark aeons.So compared to Yunalesca it was piece of cake

Yunalesca was harder for me simply because I couldn't cure myself most of the time, and that plays a big part in almost all my strategies.

final aeon was harder for me. yunalesca died on the first go. but the final aeon, at first man it was on hell of a nightmare. no matter what i did it was 2 steps a head of me. but i decided to lvl up the characters. it didn't see that one coming!!!!!!!!!
