i cant seem to get the hard bilzard on the west side of silver flow's end i keep going in and out of the area but the blizard wont come down hard why???

you just have to be patient and keep entering and re-entering..it may take long but its the only possible way..sorry cant be more help

To find Fafnir go to Mt. Bur-Omisace, then to the freezing gorge, then to the head of the silverflow, then go to icebound flow, then go to karydine glacier, then to the silverflows end. it is imperative you do it in that order otherwise the blizzard will dissapear and Fafnir will not show itself.
