My favorite is FFX. i think it had an awesome story line but the only one thing i hated about X was blitz ball... The only reason i played X-2 was just to see what happened to tidus but then i forgot to trigger the alternate scene

Well i mean in moth gameplay and story. The story didnt change much, and its pretty obvious what your goal is from the beginning of the game. And also, it feels like just one straight road from the beginning of the game to the end. X was also the first FF game to lose the World Map, which is what i really liked about the FF games

Well i dont think any FF game was bad (except II and X-2), but X is definetly one of my least favourites

Well you know that your main goal is to fight Sin. It does have its twists, but nothing really changes, except for the fact that they find a different and permament way to defeat it
But take FF VII for example. It starts of pretty good, but then it gradually grows into an even greater story

The thing i figured out is that people usually like their first FF game the best. People who play FF X say it is their favourite, and its the same with VII. Weird that. lol

XI, Tactics, and TA are the only ones i havent played. I dont see why they numbered XI though. I would have just named it Final Fantasy Online, since i dont see it as part of the main series
