after you defear gabranth(judge)for the second time,basch calls him at the end of thefight "Noah"...why did he call him that,and why did gabranth not want to be called that?

dunno i am not up to that bit yet but i assume Noah is his real name and he changed it after he became a judge for the empire.

dunno maybe becuase it reminds him of his past when the empire took over his homeland and basch ran away to Dalmasca

Because he accepted the empire had taken over his homeland and he sees bach as throwing away their himeland as it was now part of teh empire.

when you meet basch in the berhiem passage he tells exactly what happened that night king azeles died....he told every body in your party he had a twin brother and balthier and hes the won who killed reks and the king,obviously vaan doesnt believe him but every body else agrees with him

Exactly. He says "I have a twin brother". Vaan doesn't believe him. Turns out later in the game, that Noah (Gabranth) is that brother.
