I know beserk helps against bosses but I still don't think it's a good spell.

Well maybe not but I totally disagree with you thinking it's not a great Spell...It might make you lose control but at least you become extremely fast and you could pound any monster or boss to the dust...The only thing that stops it is if enemies use dispel and uses Stop,Immobilize and slow...
And you know what???cat ear hood never worked for me...I always used bubble belt along with Berserk and Hastega but pretty good Combo Balthiersbit...

Cat Ear Hood is one of the best accessories in the game it increases your speed by 50 and your vitality by 20 that's a big increase.

I always use it and there is a big difference to speed and your vitality that reduces the chances of being inflicted by status effects which is very useful while fighting bosses.

But its only good to wear it if you're in a high level. Otherwise, you should use Embroided Tippett.

Its good for a boss battle Vasco..you wouldnt be wearing embroidded tippets in a boss battle would you? No exp no point. Youd be wearing ribbons and cat ear hoods. Give it a try in a boss battle, very very useful.

I would usually have the embroidered tippet or golden amulet on everyone but when I get to a high enough level I switch to other accessories.
