icant make it cloudy i the garden of lifs cyrcle in the tcha uplands how do i do that, would anybody know how

Been a while since the last time I helped a person with this awesome game 
Well, for me that was one of the hardest foes to spawn. As you know, he appears on "Garden Of Life's Circle" area, but the weather needs to be REALLY cloudy. Apparently, most of the times is not cloudy enough, so you need to zone in and out (get out of the area, and enter again). Don't use the Warp Crystal, won't help. You need to walk out of Tchita Highlands and get in again, until the weather is dark enough. It might (most probably will ) take a while, but he will appear sooner or later. But be careful, he is a Rank V mark, so make sure you're strong enough before going there.

Oh, then you won't have any problems with him. With characters at that level you should be able to defeat him quite easily

Ah yeah, use Regen too often and Berserk if for chance.

Just be patient and keep going to and from the area he will appear eventually.
