When does Final Fantasy XIII come out.
XII just hit America a few months ago. KH3 will come out before it (because it is in huge demand) So the staff will be more focussed on that. They are also remaking the Final Fantasies and multiple others are coming out that do not have numbers attached. (Tactics and the ones for the Wii and Gamecube)
But then it appears on Supercheats. Who is probably 2 years (my wild guess) ahead of the gaming industry.
So is there a firm date for it's release (anywhere) even a soft one (Winter 08 sorta deal that they will never make)?

I dont know but I can look it up.
EDIT: I looked but i couldnt find a date. But I do know it will be relased later this year... much later.

TBA 2008 is the word on the web. I'm guessing Late 08 or early 09...which makes me a senor....creepy.

well i know that FF verses XIII is being made by the developers of Kingdom Hearts, so KH3 and FFvXIII might be delayed.
as for FF XIII, that is being made by a seperate team, so theres a chance that might be ready first

I just read online a few weeks back that the guy who directed KH 1 and KH 2 as well as most other final fantasy games (save 10-12) is back to make his final final fantasy game (13). He will then go and run Kingdom Hearts only. So that means back to the old ways! I love 9 the most of all FF, and KH is awesome, so this will be the best one in a long while.

it would be cool if we saw a World Map again.
actually, they brought back a lot of stuff for FF XII as well, like some of the magick and status effect names (Raise, Arise, X-Zone, Warp, etc), and the Espers, since Zeromus, Chaos, Famfrit (Dark Cloud), and Exodus (originally called ExDeath), were names of prevoius FF final bosses. and Mateus' bio resembles Emperor from FF II
and of course the Gilgamesh theme tune, Battle On The Big Bridge

World map would be great. having the older Final Fantasy VII, VIII, IX feel of being able to go anywhere in the world would be awesome.
