You know you can just look for a guide on youtube...well thats what I did. Go to youtube and type in "cog tag guide"

I've got All the Casual acts, Act 1 on Hardcore, My Love for your is like a truck, the two Zen and art of...for active reloads, and one third of the cog tags.
I've got a long way to go on this. Still, it's not my prefered genre of game, but I'm getting there with it =)
