Somebody has already explained this I'll just quote his post. That's for Xbox 360 only though, I'm sure the PS3 has an achievement system just don't know what it's called.

555!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh yeah, got the acheivement for flying in all the heletours trips.
by the way, if you press Y (or triangle) as soon as you get in th helecopter, the hele goes on the trip by itself, then comes back.
Shame you can't grab on the bottom of the hele for long.
plus that trophies thing sony are adding is such a copy of the acheivements system.
shame they never come up with any of their own good ideas
acheivements will always be better though.

715g just shot all pigeons and stunt jumps completed and online achieves
now have 740 from online achievements
